2025 Fender Squier'70s CLASSIC VIBE STRATOCASTER. That's been Relic'd (or aged) and modified to resemble a vintage Stratocaster. Full 1-3/4 thick dense Poplar Body with a gloss Black finish. It has what I consider a "light" Relic with polish. Swirls, dings & chips to replicate age & playwear. All the Hardware has been lightly aged down to every single screw! These are cosmetic modifications only that doesn't affect playability.

Fender Designed Single Coil Alnico Pickups. That deliver true Stratocaster tone!

Olume, 2 Tones, 5-way Blade Selector Switch and vintage style Tremolo Bridge/Tailpiece with bent-steel Saddles. Riginal Pickguard replaced with a new 4-ply Tortoiseshell Pickguard with matching back Tremolo Cover that have been aged. They add contrast to the Black finish and lends to the vintage appearance. Squier logo Neck Plate replaced with a new Blank Chrome Neck Plate with black plastic backing plate, also aged. Note: The original Maple Neck with a 21 tall/thin fret Maple Fretboard was damaged. It's been replaced with a brand- new quality gloss vintage.

Canadian Maple aftermarket Neck with a large'70s shaped Headstock and. C-shape profile, 25.5 scale. 9.5 radius, 42mm nut width.

And it has a Skunk-Stripe and Truss-Rod Plug like many Fender Guitars. To further improve playability, the back of the Neck has been lightly sanded with a very fine grit to remove a bit of the gloss clear-coat, gone over with extra fine 4x0 steel-wool, then thoroughly buffed. This makes for a significant improvement in playability! Rets have been leveled and polished so they're bright & slick.

Headstock has a vintage style'70s water-slide decal applied, sealed with gloss Lacquer then distressed. Has quality vintage style Inline Tuners, also aged. Strung up with a fresh set of quality D'Addario. Strings (the Brand most Pros use & the only Brand I use) and a complete set-up done including: truss-rod adjusted, low action , intonation &. Playing and sounding Stratocaster with the appearance of a road-worn Vintage Fender Strat and an affordable alternative!

Like most of my Relic Guitars, the intention was to make it look like an "under the bed find" of an Vintage Guitar. If you like the popular Relic look, I'm sure you'll LOVE this Strat! I'm not a store or shop, just a retired Guy that LOVES Guitars and have worked on them for over 30 years. Since I retired, I upgrade, modify, customize, Relic Guitars as a Hobby to keep busy.

I consider Guitars to be "playable Art", with the playability of the Neck & Set-Up of course being key. I'm not a professional Luthier, but well above an amateur & I'm. If you're looking for this type of Guitar, think about if other Sellers work on Guitars (most don't) and know how to set them up. Is the Neck straight, Truss-Rod functional, Fretboard clean? Are the Frets oxidized needing cleaned & polished, have dead frets or buzz that requires the frets to be leveled?

Will the Strings be rusty or dead, needing a new set? And if it's a used Guitar, I'm sure you've found they usually arrive dusty, needing cleaning and require major tweaking just to be playable!

Remember that you get what you pay for! This being said, I must also note: The Neck is perfectly straight, and it plays great, but I can't predict how you like your Guitar set up, so be advised that adjustments or a set-up to your preference "may" be required, and if you can't do it yourself, the costs associated with these adjustments should be expected.
