Fender Strat Stratocaster HH dual Humbucker wiring harness loom upgrade kit

Is this dedicated HH Strat. 5-way setup, which auto-splits the Humbuckers at Position 2 and 4. Now, the HH isn't the most popular of Strat. Configurations, which is why it's taken me this long to List a setup for it.

As usual, it was in response to a customer request and, like buses, you don't see one for ages, then you get two at once... There are a few ways I could have approached this, and I was leaning towards a basic 3-way lever switch, and two push/push tone pot's, to give multiple switching options.

I did, however, have a solitary Superswitch in a drawer so, in the interests of'less is more,' thought I'd give this one a go first. As you can see, it's quite a neat build, and gives. 1: Bridge (coils in Series) Humbucker 2: Neck (North coil) & Bridge (South coil) coil-split 3: Neck & Bridge (Series) Humbucking 4: Neck (South coil) & Bridge (North coil) coil-split 5: Neck (coils in Series) Humbucker. As an added' twist ,' I've made the tone circuit into a Clapton-esque' Woman Tone' circuit, which is basically a 0.022uF tone cap. For the Bridge, with a 0.01uF for the Neck. A Fender / Oak Grigsby Superswitch takes care of the side to side motion, and Bourns 500k pot's provide the twiddly bits. Tone cap's on this particular build are NOS Mullard Mustards , though others will be spec'd in the future as that was my one and only 0.022uF'Mustard! Then, of course, you have the nifty.
