These are the REAL signature's made by Abby herself in Abby's famous Gold-Pen. PICKUPS seen elsewhere: Those are the initialed ones Not wound by Abby but by her team. Abigail Ybarra wound pickups for Leo Fender starting in the 1950s and retired from Fender within the past few years. She made the Strat pickups for Jimi Hendrix and Eric Clapton, just to name a few. Destined to climb in value over the next decade for the player and collector alike.

Ybarra (Abby) came to Fender in 1956 and in 58 began winding and building pickups. Her hand-wound creations have been installed on the company most popular instruments since the late 50s and were likely on instruments played by Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Buddy Holly, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and countless others.

Her pickups have become desirable amongst artists and collectors. We do not low declare and we insure for full value.
